Additionally, the community features a assisted and independent living spaces. This facility is designed to provide compassionate care in a secure and nurturing setting.

Nestled in the heart of Oklahoma City, this prestigious condominium tower stands as a beacon of elegance and modern design. As one of the tallest towers in the city, this 22-story marvel offers unparalleled views and an exclusive lifestyle.
Sprawling an impressive 313,800 gross sf, the building is designed to provide residents with spacious and sophisticated living spaces. The primary structural systems are post-tensioned floors spanning to concrete columns and laterally supported by shearwall cores and bald walls.
Convenience is paramount, with a 300-space parking garage ensuring ample parking for residents and guests. The garage is a conventional cast-in-place parking structure with flat post-tensioned floors for ease of parking and use while transitioning into lobby spaces.

This project involves the construction of a cast-in-place parking deck, designed as a 4-story garage intended for public use and owned by the City of Roanoke. The garage aims to accommodate approximately 420 parking spaces within a total area of around 136,000 sf.
The anticipated budget for this project is $10.5 million, covering all aspects of construction and development. Additionally, there is an anticipated design exercise focused on incorporating retail components at the ground level, enhancing the functionality and appeal of the structure.

Lakeside Hotel, Condos and Office, Flower Mound, TX, Principal in Charge*. This project consists of a 12-story boutique hotel with 181 guest rooms and 21 for sale residential units. The hotel is approximately 134,000 sf complete with a ballroom and conference space. The office is a 6-story, Class A offering totaling approximately 131,000 sf with retail lease space along Sunset Boulevard. Both the hotel and office site atop of 340,000 square foot parking garage three stories below grade.

The project is an approximately 565,000 GSF luxury, multi-family, high-rise building 17 stories above grade. The project features approximately 210 apartment units, a large amenity deck with pool above the garage levels, and 5,000 sf of retail space at grade. The structure consists of elevated post-tensioned concrete slabs supported by conventionally reinforced concrete columns and shear walls.
